Organizational Psychology
Is a specialist in the human behaviour, inside an organization, with skills that promote the organizational development, through people.
Organizational Psychologist is capable of:
•Manage and solve interpersonal problems and conflicts.
•Develop exceptional team works.
•Identify and develop leadership skills, inside a company.
•Give information, in order that the company can take good decisions, through the application and analysis of psychometrical tests.
•Promote an environment, inside the company, that makes people work and develop all their skills.
An Organizational Psychologist can work in:
•Work relations
•Area of Human Resources
•Organizational behaviour
The last Thursday, we had an interesting activity in SUM, we play a game in which we have to answer some questions about the activities that does an Organizational Psychologist, like the ones mentioned before. We play it in teams of 9. Per one correct answer, we advanced one square, or two, depending on the question. Also, we saw the companies in which an Organizational Psychologist can work.
